How do I purchase online?
Shopping with barechic could not be easier. You don't have to create an account. All you have to do is browse our website, select the item you would like to purchase, choose your size and colour from the drop down box and add it to your shopping basket. Once you have added all the items simply click to continue to the checkout.

How will my purchase be packaged?
To add that element of luxury whether it’s a gift or a treat, barechic’s products will come in a luxurious box with your purchases wrapped in delicate tissue paper. We additionally offer gift-wrapping options for special occasions at different prices. Please look out for the gift-wrapping option when you complete your purchase and simply choose the gift-wrap you require by ticking the relevant box.
Don't worry we won’t spoil your surprise because the gift box will be placed inside a plain cardboard box with no barechic branding before dispatch.
I have received an incorrect item
We are very sorry if you have received an incorrect item. I'm sure you can appreciate, errors like this can happen. Please email us at customercare@barechic.co.uk including the details of the item and if you would like a refund or a replacement.
Part of my order is missing
Although we endeavor to dispatch all your items together, there are times where things may be dispatched separately. Firstly please check your invoice to see which items you have been charged for.
If you have been charged for the goods but the item is not included in your parcel please contact us at customercare@barechic.co.uk with the details of the order and we will look into this issue.
I have received a faulty item
All of our garments are manufactured with care and attention and we do not want you to receive anything other than top quality. Please refer to our returns policy for what to do next.
