Our contract
You enter into a contract with barechic when you place an order. When you place an order to purchase a product from www.barechic.co.uk, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Confirmation Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Shipping & Packing

We currently deliver to the UK only. Our aim is to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation. All timescales exclude weekends and bank holidays where orders are normally despatched on the following working day. Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders within one working day normally.
All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of an incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we will cannot held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
Back Orders
In the event that a product is currently out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we would expect to get your goods to you within a few days or up to 28 days. This is a rare occurrence, but should be mentioned to avoid any disappointment when ordering.
Pricing and availability
In the event that a product should be priced incorrectly on the website the following shall apply: If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Alteration
The Website Owner may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices.
